So I finally got my camera and harness replaced under warranty recently, and now no lines show up in spite of me going into the screen and turning it on. My guess is that they flubbed up the installation and now they can't see me until who knows when.
Anybody deal with this on their own?
Any tips for me to try on my own?

I open you trunk and close it , that may get them back . I know if you're trunk isn't latched but down they won't show up . Never know may work . Hoping the best .

If your familiar with Forscan there is a calibration option in there for the camera. I did my own TSB for the Camera. Bought the correct part number for the camera in the TSB (FR3Z19G490A), installed easy, and then ran the calibration in Forscan. My lines were back after the calibration. Will say it acted like it failed the calibration, but all was good and has been since the update. I had already removed the zip tie for the tension on the cables and confirm all my wires were good so no need for a splice. GL
