So no one has done this? Can anyone confirm if MagnaFlow axle backs will actually fit and clip in?

I cannot say yes or no. What I can say is I replaced the shitty MBRP catback mufflers and welded in the Magnaflow mufflers and am very very satisfied how car sounds at idle driving and WOT.

No the MRBP is a 3" exhaust, with a different routing than magnaflow. You will have to have a muffler shop cut the MBRP mufflers out, and weld in a magnaflow muffler. This is what [MENTION=21434]Doctor Fishtail[/MENTION] did, and he is very happy with the outcome.

Here is the mufflers I installed in place of MBRP mufflers part # 12229 which is 3". Now if you want to install 2 1/2" here is the part # 12226 These mufflers I paid $69 each shipped to my house and I am very very satisfied.
