It was just released from the plant on Saturday, Road Dog. It should get put out to await shipment soon.

The fact that it had 35 miles on it seems completely normal for a vehicle that was selected at the factory for quality checks/runs, GeorgeM. There is normally a paper inside the vehicle stating so. Also, the time frame from build to delivery could vary depending on the circumstances.

...and Deysha, thanks for your reply. I took delivery of the Pony yesterday and I was really impressed; it performs well and looks even better! Race Red seems to turn a lot of heads; hopefully, it's not the police...

That's great, GeorgeM! Congrats! Did your dealer take out all the papers for you before you got there? Normally they do not keep this paper. It gets thrown out.

Deysha, you're probably correct about removing the papers. The only remaining document after they prepped the vehicle for delivery was the window sticker.

I ordered my 2016 last Thursday and was told this time of year it would be 10-12 weeks. I am in no rush so the closer to 12 weeks the better. I was told I should have a VIN # in the next week.
