Just curious since I got a bit of an over prepared and a preventive maintenance mentality, is there a transmission cooler for Autos?

Figure that this summer I wanna do lots of traveling and at some point, wanna upgrade the Radiator and get a Mishimoto oil cooler, but while I'm at it, why not a trans cooler, though the only thing I see is that air scoop for the manual.

Insight or anything would be appreciated, thanks :)

The stock cooler and lines are huge in these cars and do a great job. I've been around these autos since 2011 and have never heard of anyone getting anything any bigger or better.

This is on the GT's, I don't know if the ecoboost cars are any different.

There is a cooler for the automatic as I checked. There are two lines running to the radiator. I imagine it's between the radiator and the evaporator.

Apparently our Boys in Blue (Police) will not be using the S550's, as the autos went into limp mode on simulated pursuits.

There is nothing wrong with the autos, as you (Yanks...:D) have had this auto for ages, and have been putting big hp through them.

Its the idiots that were test driving them.....

There are far more knowledgeable and real life experience users here who can chime in, however I have always considered an aftermarket cooler is not a bad thing.
