Auto Shutoff?

So it snowed a little bit over the weekend in NC.
My mustang has been in the wild, covered in snow for about 5 days now. So today, I thought I'd get the snow off of it and drive it to work.
I came out in the morning to started up the car. Cleared some snow off and went back inside to wait for the car to warm up. Well, I forgot about the car being on and probably wasted about an hour in the house before I remembered that Mustang was still "on".
I came outside and the car was switched off. Is there a auto shutoff on these Mustangs that I do not know about? Kinda freaked me out when I came out to turn it off.

I believe it can be turned off in the settings... though I don't know if it turns itself back on with each restart.

The longest it will run on remote start is 15 minutes I believe. The same thing has happened to me before.

That's true, but this wasn't remote start. He went out to the car and started it and then went back in the house.
