I think this was discussed just about a week or two ago and the answer was no if I remember correctly. On the opposite end of that is there a way to make your car not unlock the doors when you shut it off. My BMW won’t unlock the doors when I shut the car off as a deterrent to theft and carjackings.

No, it’s not possible.
No S550 from 2015 to the 2023’s has any “autolock” feature when the owner exits the vehicle and walks away.
The “auto lock” feature in the S550 and owner’s manual is a setting that will auto lock the doors once the car is initially started and is in motion. IIRC, once the MPH surpasses 15 mph, both doors will auto lock. The menu in the dash cluster allows the user to toggle this feature on (or off.) If it’s off, the doors will not autolock when the user initially starts the car and begins to drive away.
Many have inquired on here about the S550 automatically locking the doors upon exiting the vehicle…. So far no dice and no one has come across any such feature in Forscan.
The only other way to do it is by way of an aftermarket alarm system that has that feature in the brain box. I would think that a user could just wire in the brain box so just the auto lock feature works upon exiting of the vehicle. But I am assuming this route would mean the user has to carry 2 key fobs, one for the S550 and one for the aftermarket alarm brain box.
I too would love the auto lock upon exiting the vehicle - so when are some of you smarties or computer wizzes going to get us the gizmo, hack, or feature?
