The mustang has a torque converter rather than a clutch, thus engaging only 1 'gear' at a time where as the BMW has 2 gears engaged at all times which means rev matching is already achieved in a way.. so not quite the same in my opinion. My question was only about downshifts in full manual with the paddles. I have a BMW with their double clutch auto box which in manual mode rev matches on down shifts beautifully. Does the Stang?
