My understanding is outside of the USA, all Bullitt's come with the Electronics package as standard, therefor it is B&O.

There's a give and take on some features. As an example, the UK Bullitt gets the TracLok differential instead of the Torsen, and I think it's a 3.55 instead of a 3.73 rear end.
