Track mode is the same as sport + but turns off all nannies like TC.
Track doesn't turn them off, it just requires more spin or slide before they kick in. It does turn off the collision warning if you have that option.

It is also my understanding that going from D to S adjusts the shift points but keeps the traction control normal. Going to Sport+ mode loosens the TC a bit. Personally my favorite is Normal mode with the shifter set to S, that way I get the aggressive shifts but still retain the Normal traction and steering

Yes there are.. however no information ever provided is factual, just what people think according to their experience. So you just get more and more questions on it. This is the fault of Ford who should be providing this information, more than what is detailed in the manual.
