I bought a set of ARH 1 7/8 headers from a member on here and he did not have the o2 sensor extensions or bolts. Are all four o2 extensions needed or will some of the wires reach? Can the stock head studs be reused? Do the headers come with any sort of bracket to relocate the AC line that has been hitting on header installs? Any advice you guys have to offer would be great.

I don't have this set up but CJ pony has a video of what this kit comes with. It looks like it should come with 2 O2 extensions and a bracket for the ac. Not sure on your head stud question though. Good luck, check out the video, it may be helpful.

Checked the video and it appears that they come with four extensions but they say they only needed two. Seems like some of the studs will work but bolts are needed for most. I am also trying to determine if I can reuse the poem gaskets or should I buy two new ones.

I have those headers on my car, I couldn't reuse the studs there is not enough room to get the headers in place with them in at that point when I got them in place I wasn't threading them all back in to have to put nuts on them too. I did leave the forward most top stud in to hang everything on. I did not use the extension wires as I had enough slack in the wire to reroute & they fit fine. I just bent the account line over off the header with a long pry bar & everything is fine. I have a magnaflow competition cat back that had to be modified / cut to fit up to the x pipe with the headers. The installation took me about 6~8 hours with a lift & a couple of breaks in between.

I reused the OEM metal gaskets. They are of better quality. No leak and I did not retited the bolts. If you can you should retited it after a few heat cold cycle ! I just keep telling me I should do it but I am a little lazy. I used the supply bolts.

It should come with a small metal bracket that hold the AC line away from the headers. The AC bracket itself is a non issue with Arh. The problem is for people using stainless work and their chinese made version.

I only use 2 extension as I am only using the front WB. I removed the rear O2 has I have the no cats version. When you do the install check the studs that hold the floor pan heat shield. On the driver side the stud was hitting one of the lth tubing. I cut the stud and use a screw to old it instead for better clearance. That stud was a bit longer than the other so maybe yours are OK.

Are you a manual or auto? Auto we can get away with running no extensions. There are ways to stretch the cables down... safely. Manual, we were still able to not use extensions but it does stretch the cables. Instead of running extensions I would recommend getting the OEM sensors lengthened.
