Just got the ARH H-pipe Cat-back installed. I had the tips ceramic coated for a more custom look.

Just got my ARH catback system installed last Thursday. Like it for the most part so far, but there is certainly some drone on the freeway.

From what I've read, I should expect that to die down after a few hundred miles? Is that right?

No...I would suggest rechecking all clamps and retighten...I have a very minimal drone...All aftermarket CB's will have added volume-dB's (Some call it drone) cannot be avoided...Mine is so low, I can carry on conversations W/O having to raise our voices.

I'm in Long Island as well. I just had the ARH Catback w/ H-Pipe done on my convertible (first one in fact). If you'd like to have a listen PM me and we can arrange to meet up somewhere.

Thanks for the offer but I'm just gonna dive in blind. :lol: I trust all the videos and other people's reviews.

I hit up Steve last week about them installing the catback in house. They are looking to do my car hopefully sometime at the end of this week. I followed the progress on your car on facebook and Steve told me about it over the phone. Glad they got it on there!

You can't go wrong with that ARH and Steve and the entire ARH team are great to work with. Are you going H or X pipe for your system? I would be interested in hearing the different crossovers from the same manufacturer side by side.

H pipe. I'm not a fan of the raspy sound. My favorite modern Mustang GT engine note is the 4.6L 2v engines. When I had my 2000 V6 mustang I always wanted a catless 2000 GT, they sounded so awesome. I like the low and smooth engine note.

Yea exactly why I'm going with H pipe. Can't wait to get it installed. I've been going nuts at work for the past week and a half waiting for them to schedule my install :lol:
