***See below for full resolution of this post, Nick and Steve from ARH made things right and most of it was outside of their control.
I went ahead and ordered the catback from Lethal Performance after one month of frustration in dealing with ARH direct. I will just install the damn things myself.
Long story short - I emailed ARH on June 15th asking if they do direct sales and installs. I am a local guy and I wanted to support a local company, and I felt that going direct would be a nice thing to do. I started this process in June because I knew I wanted to have my exhaust by the 4th of July and by the 11th of July, two weekends where I'd be meeting a ton of family and friends that are really into mustangs and cars in general. They told me no problem, they'd love to do a direct sale and install, and that they'd be able to get me in and out in an hour.
I know they make great products, hell, I'm ordering the catback still from Lethal Performance, but it's really disappointing when a local company lets you down like that. I try my best to support local and small businesses, but sometimes they just make it way too difficult. This is really a review of my experience, not the product, and anyone ordering from a vendor should have no hesitation with the parts since they are top notch.

- Week of June 15th goes by, they tell me they don't have room on the lifts for me. No problem, I tell them to call me next week. They promise they'll get it done the week of June 22nd.
- Week of June 22nd, they tell me they "don't have the parts" do to the install. They say they will have the parts to do the install by June 29th and they promise they'll get me done the next week. No problem, I tell them to call me next week.
- Week of June 29th starts, they tell me they still don't have parts. Middle of the week, they claim they have parts and tell me they can get it done towards the end of the week. Week ends, nothing, they claim they don't have time to fit me in. They promise me they'll get it done the next week. 4th of July goes by, pretty frustrated at this point. No problem, I tell them to call me next week.
- This week starts, they tell that they are out of parts still even though the week before they told me they had parts but no time to do the install? I ask them to give me an honest assessment, are they going to do it this week or not. If not, I'm going to order online and do it myself because I need to have it this weekend. They promise me they will get it done either Friday or Saturday.
