Are long tube headers really worth it installing an a gt350 with a gen 5 whipple with a 3.3 pulley and e85? Current setup:
I removed the cats and installed shift teck test pipes.but recently debating on installing a set of long tube headers not sure if it's really worth it??

I believe the dyno sheets on headers, especially on a boosted motor, will make drastic difference. Every little bit counts, although, headers are usually a decent chunk of positive change. Just make sure you get a quality header, like Corsa or Kooks, as the harmonics of these cars tends to change the exhaust note with certain headers, some better, some worse.

If you already have "test pipes", they won't be worth as much as, replacing the stock manifolds in stock form would get you. They will improve flow a little certainly, but also they will improve the look in the engine bay and general fitment of the rest of your exhaust. The price tag is not cheap for a quality set.

So this was my difference. Close to 50hp and 30tq. No other changes besides the longtubes. But I was going from stock manifolds and cats, so you might not see that much change.

But he said he removed the cats. Hence my guesstimate.
Yes you are correct. I over looked the cats removed.
if every little bit counts then do the headers but if you just want toenjoy the car then then LT are really more of a pain than they are worth
