Buy once, cry once. Doing headers is labor intensive, you don't want to do it twice. BBK has been around a long time, but for the S550 I would go elsewhere.

Not worth the risk. Contact @beefcake and he can get you the best price. I went with LTH headers. Perfect fitment and quality,

$1K for headers is the norm now. They will only increase in price as we go with our great economy. I've watched most exhaust components increase in increments of $100-$200 every so many months with no end in sight.

Just be aware, some of the cheaper headers fitment is hit and miss. And some are thin walled tubing or the tubes touch causing false knock or poor quality Chinese steel which rust/corroide rapidly. Spending the extra bucks now, might save you money in the long run. Good luck

the days of $1k headers is long gone unfortunately. even the uncatted stuff is over $1k. but as stated above, i always help the forum guys out! if you dont wanna break the bank, your best option is going to be stainless power. they are made overseas, but they are 304 stainless. They are the sister company to the US made Stainless Works. You also cant go wrong with LTH. I have ran their headers for years. I have ran all 3 brands and never had an issue with quality or fit.

The other nice thing with the SP & SW brands are that they are a 3 piece system. So they make it easy to go uncatted if you want to. They no longer offer uncatted due to the EPA but i sell their transition tubes that are a slip fit. So you can swap the catts out in 5 mins and your on your way.

Right now i have a bunch of sales running right now on the headers mentioned above.
