I installed an On3 top mount twin turbo kit, extended some wires, and installed an On3 fuel system with two 525 pumps tuned for E85, but the battery arced and burned/fried/popped the “cigar lighter relay auxiliary power point relay” on the fuse box (a blue one in my car) after we tried to connect it again, and now there's no battery power at all. I wired the fuel system as shown on the diagram and installed the boost controller, but ended up just completely unplugging it, so no boost controller. Any thoughts on what it could be? Thanks!

I suspect the relay was destroyed and will need to be replaced.

I'm afraid I'm stating the obvious:

- There's a short-circuit somewhere, either in one of the physical connections or equipment

- The newly-installed circuit and devices are to high a load for that relay and overwhelming it

I understand what you're attempting to do but I have no direct experience. The day and week are just getting started. Hopefully, others can provide some greater feedback today.

Good Luck. :please:
