It's a straight forward battery swap. Yes it will retain your settings, at least as long as it doesn't sit for a long time without a battery.
You'll need to reset the battery monitoring system (BMS). A scan tool will do it quickly or there are passive ways to do it. Don't remember exactly but it's something like lock the car and leave it untouched for 8 hours or so.
Don't set the battery cover clips on the fender, they will disappear.

The only defect you'll find is it might default to AM radio. But all of your settings, stations, etc should all be preserved. As @ORRadtech mentioned, you need to do a BMS reset
