Like it saids in title anyone running the 555RII in the 305/35/20. I know the more common size people get is the 305/30/20 cause of the height being closer to stock at 27.24 vs stock 27.5. I'm thinking the extra .90in (28.4 in) of height in the 35 profile will fill the fender a little more. Anyone with pics of EITHER size would be appreciated. Thanks Danny

I zoomed in as much as possible but it got fuzzy, it's the 35 profile, correct? Thanks Danny

Yes they are 305/35/20.

I have a ported blower, and 2.75 pulley on 93 octane. They hook as good or better than the Mickey Thompson ET streets do. When I was stock, I cut a 1.69 60' time with these and could never get better than a 1.71 60' time with the Mickey's. Plus, these seem to last longer and handle much better on the street than the Mickey's.

I have never been a big fan of Nitto's only because I could never get them to hook up as well as Mickey's. I bought these last year when I could not get Mickey's and have been pleasantly surprised by how far the Nitto's have come since I tried them last some 15 years ago or so.

That’s what Terrance told me….if you’re on stock wheels and suspension height you won’t rub with 35 series tires. Change either of those two and you your chances increase a lot.

Same. I run these in the 19" range and around 31 PSI (when warmed up) and I am pretty happy. I've got a Phase 2 and run on 94 octane.

They still require a degree of throttle control but once she's rolling you can stand on it and start reeling in most things that got ahead of you (think those damn AWD cars that are rockets off the line).

Before you mounted the nitto's did you happen to compare them vs the michelins for width. Do you feel the Nitto's are as wide as the Michelins? Back in the day Nittos were notorious for running small. Just checked out my buddies 12 gt500 whose running the 305/35/20 Nitto RII on a stock wheel (not sure about wheel width) and they looked real narrow to me.
