I ran PCMTEC CAN bus flex fuel for good while before removing my supercharger due to an Uncle Sam-induced life change.

I still have the CAN bus flex fuel system on my car in NA-form for now.

I’m a big fan of the CAN bus system from PCMTEC, but like @engineermike I’ve also had good success with the OEM gen 3 flex fuel logic, both boosted and NA.

Let me know what specific questions you have and I can try to help.

What's the tuning process look like?
Also is it 93/eth only or 91/eth?
Ive ordered the stuff and made my fuel lines just gotta put it on and order the tune.
Appreciate your time!
The tuning process is entirely dependent on the tuner you select. The way I do it is likely not an indication of the way you will experience, so I will not go into much detail about my process. The best tuner-agnostic information I can offer here is that if you know what a specific setup can support on gasoline and E85, it’s not a giant leap to merge that knowledge into a single flex fuel tune if you understand the flex fuel logic.

The fuel combination is dependent on the tuner you select, but I see zero issues doing it with 91 octane and E85.

I run PCMTEC canbus flex on my 2.9 whipple gen 2. System works great with fuel trims dialed in +/- 2%. With their multitune you can have different power maps selectable on the fly. Its nice to be able to go from 500 whp to 800 whp on command and have the peace of mine that the system will limit your timing /power based on ethanol content.
