I believe they are for Magneride. My car has them on all 4 corners also. I have a 2018 EcoBoost Premium 201A and I'm guessing that with all the options I have, Ford used a common harness that includes the Magneride connectors.
Just having the plugs doesn't mean you can retrofit Magneride by slapping on the struts and shocks. The springs are different, there is a module involved which might need an additional harness, the pigtail harnesses that plug in at all 4 corners along with sensors and more than likely Forscan programming and I don't know if the PCM programming needs any changes. Just saying a connector's existence is just the tip of the iceberg. For example, I have the connector at the back for Active Exhaust too, but when I researched it, you had to make sure the fusebox had the pins for the relay and fuse, as well as Forscan programming.
