Sync 3 swap... What are these wire harnesses?

Hi All. I picked up a Sync 3 swap from another forum member. According to the seller its the kit that OEMRadio sells. I'm prepping for the install and noticed a few wire harnesses that I am not sure what they're used for. I've watched a few install videos on youtube and they are not shown. For anyone familiar with the swap please take a look at the photos and let me know what they're for., or if they're even needed. Please and thank you

Going from base to Sync 3 with nav/sat nav.

the top right one looks like this

You don’t need the one that is all pink in a Mustang. It’s to supply MS-CAN, Sync 3 no longer uses it in these cars though.
