Anyone know what is causing this noise?

Recently had BMR Sways, Adjustable Endlinks, Rear Cradle Kit, Camber Plates, and Steeda Alignment bushings installed by a reputable shop and this sound started occuring.

Possible upper strut mount or sway bar end links loose.

Definitely something loose, that's for sure. With anything loose, I'd take it back to the shop and have them go over it.

I bet it's the upper strut assembly nut (the big one in the middle). A little hard to tell from the video, but is it kind of a popping/knocking sound? Does it sound like it was coming from each side of the car, near each of the front strut towers? If so, I had the exact same issue after installing camber plates and it was indeed that the upper strut nut wasn't tightened down all the way. It can be especially hard to tell if it's down all the way if the camber plates have a different nut than the OEM nut, as they sometimes do.

Try pulsing the upper nuts with an impact gun if you have one. If they're not tight all the way then the impact gun & socket should spin when you pulse it, until you get it all the way tight at which point it should mostly stop. You don't need to jack up the car to do this, it can be done with the hood open with the car sitting on solid ground.

I found this video very helpful:

Also, as others have noted...if a shop did the install then you can (and probably should) just take it back to them and let them deal with it.

Regardless, don't drive the car more than necessary until it's fixed. If the issue is the upper strut nut then you're likely wearing out the upper bearing by driving the car.

Turns out to be the camber plate on the driver side and endlinks on the passenger side.

I see..were these defective or just improperly installed?

They were not tightened enough or they came loose. I took my impact wrench and a torque wrench and just tightened the the nuts to the BMR specifications.

Thanks for posting this.
I've been having a very similar noise from the both the right and left front suspension since I installed springs and camber plates. I've already tried buzzing each spring perch nut at the top of each strut with my impact gun a few times but that didn't help. Had the car up in the air and just started grabbing and shaking front suspension parts to see if there was any play without luck too.
I had given up on figuring it out and had almost relegated myself to just putting the stock spring perches back on. But now I think I'll try tightening everything under there first, starting with the end links. Thanks for the inspiration.
