Anyone else have this issue with their mobile phone?

a new ad appears at the top of my browser on my mobile phone. I can't view alerts or PMs because they are blocked by the ad. See below.

The issue im having is i cant use page navigation at the bottom of the screen... after reading a page I must scroll back up and use the top nav... separate issue, maybe connected. I dunno. Started when the ads came around
