Anybody had this happen

I ve got the roush supercharger A10 auto 2018, on 3 different occasions i was cruising slowly and it was like the transmission went to neutral the car revved up to abt 4k and then went back into gear smoothly , this was on 3 different roush tunes only happened 3 times now , also every now and then when going to park with the shifter ill hit the gas just to rev her up a hair before i turn it off and no responce with the pedal for abt 6-7 seconds them all of a sudden it will work???
Anybody have this happen ? Maybe the SENT module?

2 x, I believe I was in sport mode going 15-25 mph coming out of the throttle and no throttle the 2nd time. Once in stop and go traffic and the other making after making 90` left turn around the neighborhood. The tachometer jumped to 4k but without the revs behind it.
