Never experienced this issue. Sounds more like user error and improper balance of the gas and clutch pedal to me.

If there is no CEL on, will they be able to diagnose anything? I doubt it will do it for them when I need it to! I had my Boss misfire at the track, but it would show a CEL until the battery was disconnected. It was probably happening because I hit the rev limiter. It was a known problem, and a recalibration by the dealer fixed it.

has the issue spanned multiple tanks of gas? Doing the KAM reset as specified above would be a good idea. Do you have access to a Nguage or similar data log device?

I have felt some surge, not necessarily stumbling, and it can happen all the way to 170 degrees if your really trying to feel it. But this is only when driving gingerly in traffic really feathering the variance between on and off of acceleration. It feels like its the combination of the drive by wire and difference in absolute TB position as the ecu gets signal variance from warming up.

When cold started, for the first minute or two, it can stumble. No biggy. I stumble when I first get up too.

Throttle response is smooth as can be. Only time mine jerked was user error due to light clutch, that's a thing of the past.

This. Never felt any stumble when digging hard. Only when feathering around in and out of parking spots, pulling into the garage, light acceleration from standing start, etc. And it happens VERY rarely. But it has happened. Not worried.

The word stumble makes me think of an ignition issue. Is there a discontinuity in the sound of the ignition/car running when you have the problem?

I have noticed a surging when the car is cold on some occasions with very light throttle, but it is extremely subtle. I'm not even 100% sure whether I'm feeling the engine slightly surging or if it's related to the Magneride and how it reacts to bumps or expansion joints in a certain section of road. I know that sometimes the position of my foot on the throttle can be affected by a bump, which then translates into a throttle input. I definitely don't believe there's a problem with the car.

I can cause mine to fall on its face for a second or so if i ease out from a stop with little or no throttle input. Both when stock and tuned but only when not up to temperature. First time I thought I had killed it the RPM were so low.
