No regrets here, love everything about it, has really transformed my ecoboost. Stance is much better, wheel hop is gone, nose dive is gone, ride is super smooth (very little road harshness) and the handling is out of this world, I made a legal u-turn the other day that was so sharp and fast that I noticed a few other drivers jaws drop wide open, lol.

Base ecoboost with 18" tires..

Added:
> Steeda progressive sport springs (1.25" drop in front, 1" drop in back)
> Steeda subframe bushings (takes care of wheel hop)
> Steeda subframe alignment sleeves (to rebolt centered on center)
> Ford racing jounce bumpers (slightly shorter and softer)
> Alignment at Tires Plus (rear was pretty good, front was a little toed)

Terry :)

I've been thinking about lowering mine as well but my drive way has slight hump that I am worried about scraping. I guess I can always hit it at a more parallel angle.

I have no particular regrets other than perhaps going "too low"? My car scrapes my jacking rails when I go over the top of the decline that goes into my parking garage. Just a quick light scrape but, heck, that's really what the jacking rails are for anyway. If I removed the jacking rail I bet I'd have just enough clearance, but I like to have those in case I meet a "speed hump".

BMR minimal drops here, no regrets, I still kept my PP springs in cases I ever wanted to go back. What I wont go back to is PP shocks, Konis were so much better
