Any Ford Tech's on here?

I have a 2016 GT350 tech pack. When I drive for some time and it gets nice and warm something strange happens. Downshifting and upshifting at middle rpms makes the car buck and jerk almost like something is cutting off. I was thinking maybe coil pack or fueling issue. It's very strange. It almost bogs down sometime when shifting and then hitting gas. Just curious if anyone has experienced this. I run 93 octane and it has almost 15,000 miles
