I'm planning on buying the GTPP, and would like a square setup. Will the front 19x9 wheel clear the brakes on the rear?

I don't plan on tracking the car (traction not a huge issue with more narrow tire) and want to use it as a daily driver, so I'd like to keep tire costs down.

Thanks for any input or suggestions.

The Torsen dif and 3.73 gears are what I like most about the PP. I also like the look of the wheels. Not to mention you need the PP for the magneride shocks

You'd be better off getting a 19x9.5 or square 19x10 setup front and rear and going 274/40r19 square or 285/35r19 square. It'd be a shame to get such a nice tire package and then downsize it.

So just the basic GTPP for 2018 comes with the same 2015-2017 PP wheels. They are 19x9 front and 19x9.5 rear. IF you can find an extra set do that and run the 9.5 ones as your summer wheels with a 275 and then do the 9 ones for winter with a 255. Or just get a set of 19x10s like i just ordered. Gonna use the PP wheels for winter now.

Ya it should fit. I havent personally test fit a front on the rear but it should be fine. It may be /marginally/ farther inboard than the 9.5" PP wheel, but it should be ok.

Instead, most people are running the rear wheel in the front (with a small +5mm spacer for clearance). You can still run whatever tires would fit the 9" wheel, but they'll be better supported on the wider 9.5" wheel, and your options for going to wider 275/285 widths in the future is better with square 9.5" wheels vs square 9".

Brotha you're about to spend almost 50k on a car. I wouldn't be too worried about the cost difference between rotating tires and not. If you really want to keep the PP wheels I'd find some take off 9.5" to use up front like Chad11491 suggested (or better, go aftermarket)

You can go lightweight square with wider footprints with no problems as a cost effective route.
