I have had Steeda progressive springs and Steeda non adjustable dampeners for 4 years now.
I would like to know is their anyway to improve the ride quality via minimum drop springs or different dampeners?

first define the deficiencies of your current setup to the best of your ability.
did you cut down your bump stops 4 years ago? also which stops are you using?
how many miles on the current setup?

Any little imperfections in the road is felt. I guess after 4 years the ride is getting old. I added the Steeda non adjustable shocks and struts after I put springs in and it helped. The bump stops are the short Steeda ones. About 12k miles on setup and 15k on car. I am just looking to see is there an alternative to going back to stock.

The Steeda min drops still have somewhat of an increased rate compared to stock — less than the Progressives when at full rate so that could help.

The dampers you have are a great choice for a regal ride — maybe they are wearing down? What size and type of tires do you run?

feeling every little thing is normally a matter of slow-speed compression damping too tight. Since you're running tweaked Koni's I would say run the FRPP Track shocks instead. Bilsteins have fairly tight slow-speed compression which may be too similar to what you have now but would be my 2nd suggestion. Ideally you want to find a M6G person in your area with different setups and see what you prefer.
