I don't understand how someone can build a business and intentionally let it's reputation go to trash. Clearly there's lots of people interested in it so why not establish a good reputation and make money off it

You can only do this for 60 days after you get the credit card bill that contains the item. Most scams are able to drag people along past that deadline, especially if someone wants the item and is being told there's a shipping / manufacturing / gremlins delay.

Most of the time he strings you along intil it’s too late to get your money back. He is pretty skilled at it.
