I did call USPS and they said they never even received the package to ship. Just that a shipping label was created and that there is nothing they can do. Derrick said that he definitely did ship it so it's got to be lost at this point. He did say he will make me another one though, which is appreciated. I emailed him earlier today about it.

I've also had USPS say something was delivered when in fact they forged my signature and misplaced the package entirely.

That being said, I have no doubt Derrick has more integrity than Boomba Racing and will fix the situation rather than throwing the customer under the bus.

It sucks about the wait, though. I was on week 9 when mine finally arrived, but it really is a quality product.

Well thats a bummer. If it wasnt shipped by him im sure he would have found it and got it out to you. Mistakes happen. But i dont think he would have missed that for that long. So id pin it on USPS. But he is doing the right thing and hes running a good business and making good product! Thats how you run a company. Some companies dont see it that way. You will pull in more customers by eating a lil profit here and there than by always trying to make a profit. I love my Titan knob. Only thing i may do is change the color but thats cause i might be doing a theme color for my interior parts and engine bay. But the quality is amazing and paint just shines. I got the transparent copper..

Yeah, I'm just relating it to my own experience wherein USPS dropped the ball and I still got stuck with a $200 "return fee" and and $82 worth of product I never received. Totally USPS' fault, but Boomba didn't insure (or give me the option to insure) the package and decided to fuck the wound.

Derrick seems a much higher-class individual. I've no doubt he'll pick up where USPS fucked up and then chase them for their error.

I feel for ya on that. USPS has this thing for delivering packages to my house. Apparently its quicker to drop that package off at the neighbors house around the corner. She has brought about 4 or 5 packages for me that were left at her house. And its not like house number or street is similar...no where near it....its amazing sometimes...USPS is certainly "iffy" at best....UPS/FEDEX all the way

Yea and that 200.00 return fee is for the birds...I read your thread i think about Boomba racing deal...

I was getting a little impatient as it took two months to get mine. Now that I have blue loctite on their and have it aligned right. It's really top notch. I don't know that anything could be done to improve the product. Weight, size, finish all great.

Here's mine. It's a basic Atlas with no engraving. The finish came out beautiful; it's hard to see, but there's a very subtle metalflake in the paint.

Also, I'll always make sure the customer is taken care of. A knob is not worth the heart ache of an unhappy customer. I've been screwed over myself, I'd never do that to someone else.

I may have long wait times, but I always deliver.

Just for my information before buying this guys.... Do i need to purchase the reverse lock out adapter in order for it to fit or does it fit to factory?
