I've said it before and I'm pushing for an international discount code.

Believe me I know it's not inexpensive to not only own but to run/operate the car overseas (I know)

We also know just how well the Mustang is doing on an international level too.

Believe me if it were as easy to get stuff from Sainsbury's here or a proper pie I would be asking each and everyone of you guys for help to ship or fly it over here (Which I know you can't do)

It seems that one of the issues in the thread is the same as GRIIM is reporting here, so thats a duplication, sorry. Although there was also the chap who got sent the wrong parts and was given the run-around before things were finally sorted.

Its obvious no company can get it right 100% of the time, thats unrealistic. However there is a huge amount of competition in the marketplace for this kind of stuff, and we as buyers can afford to be choosy.

Perhaps im being unfair, but theres no smoke without fire and im not impressed its taken GRIIM several months to get a simple replacement part, and that the other chap was passed from pillar to post before getting it sorted.

Therefore, ill spend my money somewhere else :)

I understand problems occur, the missing insert is not what's annoyed me, it's the fact that AM constantly promised it was being sent out and then just ignored me.

I'm still not even sure you've sent me the correct part. I've just got the air intake out from the garage and I now know why the mechanic said he couldn't install the air box. The intake tube doesn't line up with the holes in the air box :(

These are the parts I received, the rubber on the air intake tube had to be heated up with hot water before it would fit (dunno if that's normal ?). I've since had to prise them apart to demonstrate it doesn't fit. I've already sent images of the codes on the packaging, so AM should know what I've been sent.

Like Alex said, unfortunately they are the middle man with Roush. As a fellow forum member, I do hope you get this straightened out man, I do but give Alex a chance to get Roush to take care of this.

Graham - I did some digging on this and can see that someone on our customer service team had asked for a bunch of information (Not necessary in my opinion but they're just following protocol here)

I'm very sorry about the drop in communication that's unacceptable to me.

I did further research here and found that we did have a purchase order that was missing the venturis; I'm working to have this rectified immediately.

wow I've finally found my accounts page, that explains why they said they would credit my account with $25. I assume that got lost with the insert too :D

Always find it indicative of poor customer service when a supplier blames its wholesaler for a problem. Bottom line the retailer has chosen to offer the wholesalers product to its customers if the retailers product is not up to customers expectation that is down to the supplier.End of.

We don't have Sainbury's here in Australia but we do have great pies!!

Thanks, I've been emailing someone from turn 5 (Do they own AM ?), who have said Roush have verified that the MAF tube is also incorrect and are shipping that to me too.
