I've been waiting 2 months for AM to send me the insert to my CAI as it was missing from the box :(

I've started to look for alternative companies for my next round of mods as they haven't been that helpful.

Quick update. Got the refund today. Highly recommend also paying via PayPal as you also have recourse that way as well. Which I also instigated.

I paid by paypal because I couldn't find a way to pay by card and have a different delivery address to the billing address. Their support said you could but they never said how. They've been pretty useless tbh.

Paying by credit card also always you to do a charge back under £100 or a section 75 over £100, which means the bank is legally obligated to get involved. Only annoying part is they send out the documents by post. Luckily AM purchases show up individually on the bank statement so you can see the amount including taxes and delivery that you need to reclaim.
