Am I being too choosy?

I'm on the lookout for a Mustang but I think I'm being too choosy. What I want I think simply doesn't exist on the used market in the UK and that's pushing me to order an S650, even though I prefer the S550.
I'm currently driving a Honda S2000 which was a dream car for me but as I get older (in my 50s now) I'm struggling with the lack of creature comforts and sitting 1" off the road......
I'm looking for a post 2018 facelift, manual, convertible, with heated / cooled seats, and Magneride. There are 0 Mustangs of that specification for sale in the UK. If I give up the Magnaride, there is 1......, give up the heated / cooled seats and that adds another one for a total of 2.
Did no one buy the convertible in manual form or something?

My wife thinks I should get a coupe but I think I'll miss the roof down action too much.

convertibles dont sell as well , they cost more and then sell used for less in my area than coupes , which is odd . But being over there you have a limited choice , if you have the funds order the new mustang .

Slim pickings indeed, even with the S650 but there are a few.

I wouldn't drop Magneride personally.

I did have a soft top car once but in the UK you spend most of the time with the roof up! Certainly a lot more choice if you go coupe plus a better drive, the convertible does suffer from quite a bit of scuttle shake as most do.

Convertible is not negotiable. I’ve not had a car with a fixed roof (other than my daily) for nearly 20 years now. I’m happy to sacrifice driving dynamics for the drama of top-down motoring. I’m one of those maniacs who drives without a roof in the middle of winter (unless it’s snowing, or pouring down).

Well, I think I've bagged one. No Magneride but has everything else. 2021 model. I wasn't expecting to buy just yet but this one came up and so I pounced.

Picked it up yesterday. 2021 manual convertible with custom pack 2. Everything I wanted apart from Magneride. TBH, I'm quite liking the ride. It's certainly a lot smoother than my S2000.
