Looking for a little advice/help from fellow forum members. I am currently in negotiation with a dealer that has an R with Electronics arriving late may. They have agred to 10k over on the R and have offered me 55k for my 17 Convenience pack 350 with 2100 miles. I have plenty of equity in my trade with that offer. R is White with Blue Stripes.

I am trying to push for 9k over on the R. What do you guys think?

FYI, if I do pass on this deal, I will share dealer info.

Haha... j/k. But yeah do it... if you can afford 9k over, you should be okay with 10k unless you're literally throwing the entire kitchen sink into this. Then I'd say back off....

I apologize, getting the extra 1k off was me pushing them, I was more asking if 10k over and their trade offer for my car looks like a good deal, especially the 10k over for the R. It seems this is about the best that can be done right now. All other dealers I talk with are 20-40k over and not budging.

I'll say it again. The car performs way above it's asking price even at 10K over. Pull the trigger if you have the money. Life is short and it's a very fair price, the best I have seen in 3 months for a new car. Especially if it's spec'd the way you want and color you want. Buy it and don't give the extra 10K a second thought. Just enjoy it..
