Like I said, unless well cared for.Not entirely true. My 2011 Taurus SHO has alcantra and leather seats. Easier to clean than leather. Looks great and has lasted longer (104K miles) than the breathable foam lining between the cover and the seat cushions underneath.
I want to see what happens when in vehicles that get rarely cleaned, and used hard. NOT, in an SHO that the owner took care of. A vehicle that had kids in it, horsing around, eating fast food, and such. spilling drinks, puking,etc that kids tend to do.
