Has anyone done this? I am experience flutter at part throttle and I'm going to play around with the set screw to maybe fix it. I have checked the vaccum lines, everything looks OK. I do not have a reverse vaccum to apply to the BOV though unfortunately.
I am going by what was advised to me by Vortech:
Loosen the nut and back off the set screw, turn the set screw slowly (note you should count your turns) slowly until you hit the diaphragm. Tighten to increase vaccum, play around with the revs until its OK.
