I want to look at coilovers that can be adjusted to be soft like the stock ones from the factory and then of course make it stiff for track time. I'm on 20 inch Niche rims so I am not really interested in lowering it any more. I still have to daily it until I get an SUV once I have kids.

I need to be really specific. My wife let me get the 2016 Mustang GT under the condition that I don't mod it at all. Long story short, I built my old 2012 Civic Si's suspension. Quality parts like Tien coilovers and Eibach sway bars. She HATED how it rode because of the stiffness and we took it out of town often. I have a love for fun roads so the corners are rough. She likes this S550 because it rides way better than my Honda. But I miss the cornering my Honda had.

You don't have to go with coilovers to get damper stiffness adjustability. Koni and Steeda both offer adjustable dampers that will work with OE springs. Konis may be a little harsh initially, but generally improve as the seals break in.

You may not even need adjustability with the right dampers. Bilsteins or Ford Performance here.

This is a much heavier car than your Honda, so its handling is always going to be somewhat more 'deliberate' as opposed to 'nimble'. Better dampers go to car (and driver) composure, which counts for a lot but isn't easily quantified. I suppose you could experiment with firmer (and adjustable) sta-bars - you might be surprised how far just dampers and bars takes you.

Ford sells aggressive suspension parts? Also, U.S. cars are new to me so I'll have to start learning aftermarket names. I'm so used to Japanese names.
