Can anyone chime in with experience with adjustable dampers (koni / steeda proaction) with Progressive springs?

Definitely picking up adjustable dampers, trying to decide if i need to change from progressive to linear springs. Car gets plenty of street time in the warmer seasons with anticipated 5 to 7 track events. Car has a little more weight added to the nose with a PC.

I'm not sure the difference the GT will make from the Ecoboost but I have the Steeda progressive springs and the Koni adjustable dampers. The Konis will work but on the street you have to run them at or close to full soft, they're pretty stiff. That'll work fine for track days. The Steeda Pro-Action adjustables would be better as they have a better range.
