Haven’t added the trim piece yet but here’s the sound of the quad tip Bullit Mufflers paired with the LT headers, 3” x-pipe and 3” vibrant resonators. Enjoy!

Was hoping this thread was about tips for the 2019s. Ha ha. Oh well. I'd like a 'sleeve' kind of tip for my Bullitt, with the same shape as stock, but with a 'rolled in' edge, for a more refined look. The tubing from the muffler, even when black, just scream CHEAP IMO :D. Doubt will ever find such a thing, so it'll have to stay like it is. Good job OP.

Just did it this week and I have the trim piece but haven’t put it in yet. Anybody have any issues with the trim holding up to the edge or heat? Making sure before I put it on.

Almost a year now and still no problems with the rubber trim pieces I installed. Good find from the OP.

Just stumbled across this and will definitely tackle that in the coming weeks, as I wanted to do that 2.5 years ago but never realized how cheap it is. Has anybody tried a staggered setup or are even pipes the best option here?

Staggered like that:

edit: after looking through all the pictures in this thread again, I guess I prefer that staggered version.

18 mufflers with the trim. Turned out really nice.

I know it’s an old thread but I have the same premium valance and when I tried to add the tips to my MBRP it was lining up into the painted part, what exhaust do you have?

Did mine about a week ago. Very happy with the results, especially for $60 in parts and about 45 minutes of my time.

Big thanks to the OP.

I know it’s an old thread but I tried adding quad tips to my mbrp exhaust and it kept lining up into the painted part like it was too far over on the inside, what exhaust do you have?

Joined the forum to say thanks to the OP on this. My son and I did this over the weekend... Took a while (previous owner tack welded the mufflers), but came out great!
