Just did it this week and I have the trim piece but haven’t put it in yet. Anybody have any issues with the trim holding up to the edge or heat? Making sure before I put it on.

This happened to me 2 weeks ago. It was the converter that crapped. Same exact noise. Good luck with the swap. Let me know how it goes.

Paxton 2200sl 3.6 pulley and a Gates MicroV K061020RPM belt. 2nd hole from left to right. I shaved a bit off of the stock tensioner tab to get it on. No issues so far.

My car went almost 30hp more without the inlet tube. This is why everybody takes it off at the track and run a turbo guard or open.

Was chasing a boost leak or belt slip for a couple weeks after installing the transmission back because I was only getting 6 pounds of boost vs 12. After pressure and smoke test a couple different ways, and changing through various belt set ups, we found the issue to be the Turbo Guard...

Just in case anybody follows. The intermediate shaft on my 6r80 transmission broke so we took it out and Brett Lasala replaced the intermediate shaft with a billet one and added exedy clutches too. This video is just highlights of the install.

What code did you get to know that the sensor went bad?
