I did this. The PP2 uses a different lower valence. The difference between the pp2 valance is that it has the holes needed to install the pp2 splitter. With that said, I was able to get it to work with my pp1 valence. I lined up the Pp2 splitter with my pp1 valence off the car, drilled the holes needed and it all went into place.
How many holes did you have to drill?

I got mine used without the hardware from a forum member for $295, and getting mine installed today at Ford. They quoted me $400 for hardware and install. Hopefully it's a little less since they have military discount.

Whatttt??? you paid around $700 in total for a piece of plastic  . For hardware you can get from lowes or home depot. I got this replica PP2 piece for $130 and installed myself. Look exactly like OEM one.

I got it when it was $130 and it came with 22 self-tapping screws. I never touched OEM PP2 splitter so I cannot tell but this one is lightweight and it fits perfectly. I drove 100mph and accidentally scraped it with parking block a few times but still hanging strong.

this one is from cuztom tuning. They both looks identical but not sure why this has lower rate than Ikon motorsports. Note: make sure your car has PP1 front lip otherwise it won't fit

Bump for more information on adding PP2 style splitters to PP1 packaged cars.
I’m tracking my car, so would love confirmation that aftermarket splitters can handle the 130-160mph top speeds.
Thanks!

Not sure about those speeds lol because i dont track. I drive around 100mph once in a while and sometimes accidentally hit parking bump and everything is still attached.
