Has anyone gotten this to work?
I downloaded the App no problem and was able to set up gauges but the next step has me stump.

It tells you to launch AA select ABOUT from the menu and tap "About Android Auto" header 10 times and the setup wheel will turn to three dots indicating you are in developer mode. It then states to select "Start head unit server".

The issue i have is can tap the header 50 or more times and AA doesn't go into developer mode. I am running Android 9.0 and the latest AA.

Well i posted the question on the XDA forum. You no longer tap the header, you go into settings, scroll to the bottom and tap the version number to get into developer. Haven't tried the OBD2 AS yet but will report when i do.

Got it working but it is not consistent. Works fine sometimes and other times it doesn't display any data.
