Why not? That's exactly what Ford does. The only difference is they pick a 550 to call a Bullitt and then paint it so from the beginning. Gotta love marketing..

I have been pondering this too. I don’t have an estimate, but I know Brenspeed swapped an auto into an ‘08 Bullitt once. You could see if they could do it and give an estimate?

I wouldnt expect it to be harder than any other S197/S5550. Just more expensive part. People auto swap GT500's all the time, and there are auto swapped GT350's
