Not unless you modify the butterflies on the muffler to stay open. I wouldn't mess with it.

Funny, it does 'stick' of you choose 'Quiet'.

The tune has active exhaust tables that control the actuator based on throttle position and RPM. The tables are different for the different exhaust modes. Track is 100% open. Sport and Normal is a mix and Quiet is mostly closed unless you go WOT.

You can copy the values in the Sport table to the Normal table so it is the same.
