The headlights on an 18 are $1,450 each!
$2400 each on my '16 Acura RDX - fancy headlights are not cheap.

Got me all paranoid now - about to install a new intercooler this week.

(works for an insurance company) That's why you (we) have insurance - to be made whole again, right ? Be happy no one got hurt.

That's just criminal to charge that much for a plastic light.

That's a bum deal man, sorry to see that.

Question though, it looks like that 300 is in a driveway? What makes it illegal, exactly - the proximity to the road?

It's actually blocking the entire sidewalk, it's sticking out into the street, and it has illegal Limo tint.

Had to pay $100 extra, but got the Cervini's grilles coming. No one has any fiberglass hoods for the 18's yet, so replacing with a stock one.

Is it too soon to order a 2019 Bullitt grille?

Headlight or taillight assemblies, especially when there are LEDs installed, can unfortunately be very costly from any OEM.

That’s what happened to me. Got hit in the front and rear within a year of ownership. Ended up with a premium rear bumper cover and California Special front splitter.

I like the Bullitt grille, but like the C series grille more. There are aftermarket grilles already that look just like the Bullitt.

Sorry to see that happen to you Lloyd, I have actually held off driving mine since I have seen so many reports of accidents in my area and watching too many bad driver youtube videos. I hope she gets put back better than new!

Well, at Least I'll get the Cervini's upper & lower grille upgrades for my $500 deductible. The bumper has to come off anyway for the grill install, so that's a little silver lining. No fiberglass hood available yet though. Too bad, it would've been another nice upgrade.

Crap! That sucks!

Well there is good news... while the front is off, that’s a great time to install a nice blower! Yea. See what insurance will substitute in parts wise and get some goodies!!

Had a buddy that bought a new IROC Z back in the day. We went to the dealer to pick it up. So he pulls onto the highway showing off and fishtails the car into oncoming traffic. Everyone was ok. Car totalled. Not more than 100 feet from the dealership itself. It sucks!

Good luck!

Interesting; my thought is from the ticketed owner's perspective, where could they park in that situation. Tint being one thing, but it's not like there's any room there?

The street is wide open there. At least 10 open spaces. His garage is empty. He just enjoys being a jerk. A ticket a day should get the car moved away!
