Warranty does need to be sorted out. I have a warranty claim in for the window trim. Pointed it out on pick up.... Leave it with me sir....no action.... Called am on it..... Then sorry I need pictures... Supplied I am on it sir...... Three weeks... Not a peep.

Look on the bright side.... When I ordered my s197 in the us... The first dealer would not process the order as the sales guys would not do business with English men because we where occupying Ireland. When he finished ranting I pointed out to him he had a Protestant Irish spelling of his surname and he really should gen up on his Irish history before he started being racist. Eventually found another dealer.... But service is ho hum

Bottom line premium brands give you better service... Because you pay for it..... BMW and Audi and Mercedes are not really premium brands.... They have been volume box shifters like ford for a long time.... Just own anyone who owns an m car.....

That dealer sounds like an idiot, the whole of Ireland was part of the UK up until 1921 when Northern Ireland was created, which is now the only part of Ireland that is in the UK.
