Also, while I find "round-a-bouts" helpful for traffic flow, not everyone understands how they work. Maybe they were simply unfamiliar with that particular intersection.

happened to me once in my country... the guy was driving a 2000 corolla... i was driving an F250 with an ARB massive metal bumper... i hit him, his car was super fked up... i had some scuff marks that i spray painted and it was like nothing happened...

I always drive like every other car around me are complete idiots... specially here in the states...

It could be that he found himself in the wrong lane for a left turn and decided to handle it with throttle instead of patience.

I wouldn't have honked, to be honest; he cleared her car safely IMO. But most drivers are not used to (safe) aggressive driving .
