A/F drops to 20 on decel

Is that normal?

Its steady at 14.1 when on the gas but when I take my foot off and it's engine braking the ratio goes to 20 and stays there.

No tune.

yes....you need little to no fuel to keep the motor running while engine braking.

This is why it saves more fuel ti keep the car in gear while coasting down a big hill then it does to slip into neutral.

As stated, completely normal. Only time to start worrying is if you see higher than 13 under WOT.
