What are you folks running at the track on 91?
I don’t know of anyone that runs 91 at the track. There is e85 a vp110 available it is just to far away for daily use or to expensive. So most people run 91 daily and 110 or a mixture of the two on track days

643 RWHP, Stage 1 (750HP) Whipple GEN3/2.9L Kit here. Advertised 9psi (reads 9psi on the stock gauge, but some say that's not accurate). Car is entirely stock with cats and everything.

2 years, almost 10k miles of fun on the setup so far. All we have here is 91 Octane, although I run a sip of Boostane at the dragstrip simply because going roundy-round making passes in 100 degree summer heat, I prefer a little safety margin against knock.
When you go to the track add 110 to the tank. You can get it there it’s just not at the pump

Many people push 91 in Cali with whipple combo 3.675" pulley 10 psi, but thats one the edge of knock and safe limits. Power from 650 to 680 wheel on that. Boostane flat out works and many having been running it daily for years without issue including myself. I make 790 with 10 oz boostane 93 and small shot of meth.

A subject not spoken about is Avgas.
i have access to Avgas . I know it contains lead, below is a interesting clip of Shells website:
“Road fuels tend to be measured on a RON scale, for which unleaded fuels tend to be 95 - 98 RON but are only 85 - 87 MON. Avgas is measured on Lean Mixture (similar to MON) but also has a Rich Mixture Octane rating.

The Lean Mixture rating is 100 octane (15 octane higher than the comparable 85 MON for unleaded Mogas) but Avgas also has a Rich Mixture rating of 130 which allows higher supercharger boost pressures to be used without detonation occurring. This is particularly a problem when using high power settings at low altitude, for example during take off.”

Avgas is cheap, smells nice haha and would boost octane dramatically.
other than damaging Catalytic systems, would the lead cause harm to engine ?

Is used regularly for a long time it can cause build up but used here and there for race nights I have never seen a problem. It has some good benefits. I have used it in sand toys for years and no complaints

2018 stock motor a10, Paxton 3.625” griptec, stock manifolds, 91 with 1/2 can of torco/tank (better safe than sorry), snow methanol 2.5 kit with 625ml sprayer for cooling only. Not too sure on psi or dyno, but she turns 9.90 @144.29 in the 1/4.

A 3.6 torco and water/meth? Did your tuner pull a crap load of fuel out of the tune? Otherwise you are rich as fu@k and could be a lot faster. On a 3.6 you don’t need the torco or the W/M but I can understand running a alittle torco or a little W/M. But a half bottle of torco and a625 nozzle W/M. Toooo much. Where’s the nozzle mounted because it is going to take some time to evaporate all that. Better not be anywhere near the TB
