700a help

Hey guys, I’m considering a trade up to a ‘22 Mach 1 and could use a little schooling.

Can anyone tell me what is included in the 700a package?

And while I’m asking, how about the Elite package as well.

If you do NOT need heated / cooled seats i would skip the 700a. as noted above the difference is nothing special outside of that.

The cooled seats are great in Florida and are pretty darn good. Good luck!

Well it really depends on what a buyer considers special.

• Mach 1 Deluxe (700A) Includes Mach 1 High (600A) Features, Plus:
• Aluminum Foot Pedals - Nice but hardly necessary.
• Climate Controlled - Driver and Front Passenger Seats - I use my cooled seats down here in SC all the time. Heated, not so much
• Heated Steering Wheel - Yeah, never.
• Memory Driver Seat (3 settings), Mirrors and Ambient Lighting Pre-Set - I find this quite useful.
• Seat back Map Pockets - Yeah, nothing special here.
• Premier Trim with Color Accent Group - This is well worth it IMHO considering how much time you spend in your seats.

Forget to mention the Elite package. It's just the B&O sound system and the security/central locking system. I have the B&O. It not terrible but I hardly use it. IMHO, I'd put the money into getting the 700A.

The "leather" seats heated and cooled. Worth the price of admission from a comfort, looks, and ease of cleaning

If Elite package is basically "B&O" sound it is not worth it.
For 700A option, is not it the only way to get FJG appearance package?

Another vote for 700A package. Was not going to order it but dealer convinced me. It's nice and outside of the Handling Package it's the only option I added.

In trying to figure out what’s included as standard and then optional using the Ford build and price site I’m ending up more confused than when I started. For instance, I can’t make the photos of the standard rear spoilers on cars actually on dealer’s lots come close to matching Ford’s build and price site.

If you’re looking at dealers lots through the Ford site, there should be a link to the window sticker to show you how it’s optioned.

Another vote for yes on the 700A. Got it for the cooled and memory seats. The heated seats keep the wife happy.

I have to say, I have the elite package as well, and I’m not sure it was worth it. The B&O is a little disappointing. I expected it to be as good as the B&O in my 2018 Raptor, it’s not.

Too much center speaker, and no way to reduce it through the touch screen. I’ve been messing with the sound for 2 weeks (bass, mid, treble, and fade/balance) I’ve got it a little better, but it’s still not as good as I’d hoped. Not sure why Ford pumps so much sound through the large center speaker.

I haven’t heard the base stereo, so maybe someone can chime in and advise if it’s decent, or so horrible the Elite is worth the cost.

Do a search, disconnect the center speaker, fyi.

Darn. Ooh my old eyes. How did I see it one hundred times and always read and dismiss it as Bose !?
I dislike Bose so much that I separately optioned the enhanced security package to compensate for not ordering the Elite package.
